Collier, 21 years 118 days, recorded 22 assists, along with 17 points, in Utah's 131-122 win. He came up seven short of surpassing Jazz legend John Stockton's 28 in a single game for the franchise record.

The former 29th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft was averaging 9.5 points, 6.7 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per game this season heading into Sunday's matchup. Collier now has six games with at least 10 assists this year - all of the games in which he recorded a double-double - with his previous single-game high being 14 during his rookie year (13 was his high this year).

The young guard for Utah has seen improvements across the board in his sophomore season, bumping his field goal percentage from 42% last season to 51% this year, along with his three-point percentage (25% - 2024, 30% - 2025).

Utah is 16-35 on the season and recently traded for Memphis Grizzlies' young star Jaren Jackson Jr. ([lslink-news-article cms-href="https://www.flashscore.com/news/utah-jazz-acquire-young-star-jaren-jackson-jr-in-trade-with-memphis-grizzlies/StqN75ek/" slug="utah-jazz-acquire-young-star-jaren-jackson-jr-in-trade-with-memphis-grizzlies" article-id="StqN75ek"]read more here[/lslink-news-article]).
